Abstract

This article presents the articles based on the materials discussed at the “Actual Problems of History and Theory of Art VIII” International Conference. The book mainly contains the issues on Modern and Contemporary art, the challenges in displaying such the collections, and special sections on African and Balkan art.

Taking the conference debating topic of Borders and Horizons into consideration, the book is also focused on the problems of insight and interpretation of boundaries between genres, media, schools, styles, and epochs.
