Растительные мотивы в южноиталийской вазописи: проблемы изучения

Статья посвящена проблемам исследования растительных мотивов в южноиталийской вазописи. Растительный мотив в декоре поздних греческих ваз остается все еще малоизученной темой. Цель исследования — обозначить основной круг проблем, связанных с растительными мотивами краснофигурных ваз Южной Италии. В настоящее время принято изучать растительный мотив в рамках исследования особенностей авторского почерка вазописца. Но также перспективными представляются исследования иконографии античных цветов, в первую очередь арацеи, мака и розы, и анализ их семантики. Последнее особенно эффективно в контексте орфизма и геортологии (или системы праздников) на примере Розалий. Автор показывает, что все эти три блока научных проблем остаются сегодня актуальными.
